Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 1–3 days across India. Express delivery is available in Bengaluru.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
Enter your pincode in the header to check serviceability and expected delivery date.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free on prescription orders above ₹499. Cold-chain shipments have a small surcharge.
Prescriptions
Which medicines require a prescription?
Any medicine marked Rx requires a valid doctor's prescription.
What file formats are accepted?
JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB per file.
How is my prescription reviewed?
A licensed pharmacist verifies your prescription within 30 minutes on average.
Payments & refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets and cash on delivery.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Account & security
How is my data protected?
We use encryption at rest and in transit. Prescriptions are stored securely with restricted access.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — write to care@suryaspecialtypharma.in and we'll process your request within 7 days.
